Due to the rapidly changing construction landscape in Missoula, Dexter Consulting will now be charging nominal fees for bids and consultation time. This is largely due to the massive influx in real estate transactions, as well as due to time management given the competitive and busy construction market. As a single owner/operator, the quantity of requests & associated time required to ensure you get a fair, competitive, and thorough consult was simply unsustainable without installing these small charges. All fees will be credited towards invoices should you choose DxC. Thank you for your understanding!

Here is an example of an OUTDOOR CEDAR SAUNA built for a client! Build on a 4x8, freestanding skid platform, this cedar sauna has loads of craftsmen details. This particular unit includes a craftsmen style door with handmade handle, reclaimed pine tongue and groove exterior, reclaimed metal roof and waynescot exterior, reclaimed double pane window, and an all cedar interior with two levels of benches, a cedar duck board, full trim, and a waterproof floor for easy clean. It has a high vent, a brand new 6kw electric heater, is fully insulated, and has an interior foil vapor barrier associated with higher end saunas. One of a kind! This thing just screams “Missoula!”
